Timeless Brentwood Property

Our Brentwood property showcases a harmonious blend of simplicity and tradition, designed for both intimate living and large-scale entertaining. The heart of the home is the kitchen, featuring two expansive islands—one for culinary prep and another with a dual-purpose counter for dining and gathering. A suspended credenza between columns elegantly bridges the kitchen and dining areas, offering practical functionality with space for showcasing floral artistry.

With open sightlines connecting the kitchen, dining, living room, and entry, the great room is ideal for hosting. In the living room, a minimalist fireplace flanked by understated sconces sets the stage for meaningful conversations, while the curvaceous staircase serves as a sculptural centerpiece—a testament to exceptional craftsmanship, complete with stone slab risers for subtle detail.

As a break from the white in the main part of the home we introduced colour in a few key rooms. The powder room has a subtle touch of color with soft green tones, copper fixtures which pair beautifully with a piece out of the collection of floral paintings by talented local painter Lauren Morris. Upstairs, the luxurious main bathroom invites relaxation with a soaking tub, semi-recessed vanities, and a walk-in shower featuring a wet/dry bench for practical elegance. The second floor also offers two serene guest bedrooms and a sophisticated master suite.
